    Here, they mirror the latest IpFilterX for free (first link). The uTorrent list is no longer updated, but you can use that one without problems.

    That's not IpFilterX but rather a different, bigger one.

    Looks like the real thing went subscription-only, which means most of us can forget about it

    I have been use IpfilterX quite a long time. It is very light. Nexus23 needs financial support to continue to maintain this list. Now I am consider to pay $12.99 a year for update.
    @anon Which filter is this? ipfilter - ip-filter - ipfilter.dat - ip-filter.dat ozzy version?

    I don't know. It's probably that or something assembled from the Bluetack lists.

    I liked IpFilterX, but I'm not going to pay for a subscription.

    I gonna talk to u23, maybe help them improve IpfilterX. I got lots of IP for Xunlei, QQ and Bitcomet offline cloud download servers. I think IpfilterX miss many IP for China. I may get discount for their filter, or may be we can share.

    Tsk tsk... leaking restricted stuff isn't nice... but IpFilterX was so good, haha!

    Just make sure the IPs you give them have actually been confirmed to engage on harmful behavior. The thing was notorious for only including those, and thus being very light compared to other filters.

    XunLei's offline downloading is very famous, I can guarantee there are over 10 million users. It's like a seed box, but it never seed, and server only upload to member. It can download http, BT and ed2k files.

    A cloud service called gokuai, it support PT download, which is better than any leecher mod. After servers finish download files, will seed 24 hours, then stop. after that, no matter how many users, even they do not have account of trakers, they still can directly stream files via http form servers. EVIL!!!
