hi guys
i used to get high speeds from TPB but the next day im getting speeds of sub 1KB/s
i have everything set at default with No upload ticked

are torrent clients banning me or is TPB tracker banning me ?
im kinda new at this

at one point just a min ago i got speeds of 1.4MB/s then it went back to 1KB/s and stayed there

i got 4 torrents all at sub 1KB/s

when im at UNI the IT guy there told i could download but he told me not to upload
at home i upload but im UNI most of the time i only come home at the week ends

When tracker bans you you have message "you are banned" when you try to visit that tracker, so you can know this for sure.

Speed issue may also rely on your hard drive issues (see if it says drive overload in left bottom corner when it happens), also might happen cuz of uTP enabled without disk overload - both not related to uSerenity modding.

what if its a public tracker
does that happen ?
also i got a dynamic ip address
each time i reconnect to the internet i get a new ip

i dont get the overload message at all im writing on a fast 1tb drive

the thing is im noticing very hectic speeds 1 second its 5 KB/s and after 10 min its 2000 then back to 30

These slowdowns can have a variety of causes. I would now try disabling automatic bandwidth management as per Owyn's suggestion.

Public trackers ban users too for cheating but there you can simply register again.

I;m trying to run this on Linux with Wine. USerenity.exe works fine but the USerenitySettings.exe doesn't want to start and keeps crashing. Is there a way to create the config file for utorrent without the need of this program? And if so where would I need to put it?

Do you have the Visual C++ 2008 redistributables?

Never mind, I managed to use it. It had a config file in the App directory and I just copied that file from windows to the folder in Wine and it seems to be working fine.

Yes, it first look for that file in same folder then in %APPDATA%, for portable compatibility

I just noticed this release uploading to two peers that were running the Deluge 1.3.5 client.
It actually shows an Up Speed and an Uploaded value (I watched it for a while, it goes up appropriately, and the uploads were ~20kb/s, up to a total of 1.6gb uploaded now, over the course of several hours).

Has anyone else run into this?

Note: I've seen values in the Uploaded column before, but then it was usually small amounts, and it seemed to not be actively seeding. On the other hand I've also seen other peers running Deluge 1.3.5 (or 1.3.6) who didn't get any upload, is there maybe an anti-leech plugin for deluge or something?

Edit: When setting my upload limit to 5kb/s it stops uploading to them completely, when increasing the limit the upload starts again, and rises up to ~20-25kb/s per peer at unlimited.

I have utorrent 3.3 installed. Is it possible to use uSerenity.exe ( older version ) with this new version of utorrent 3.3 installed ? or do I need to uninstall new version and install utorrent 2.2.1.

No. uSerenity.exe is 2.2.1 build 25130 and the mod (well, most of it anyway).

I use utorrent 3.3 because it dose not use disk check during first start of download. for an example if I start a download 10 GB it dose not use disk chek but in 2.2.1 use disk check. Do you know how to use 2.2.1 without disk check. Kindly reply.
