Ticking Options -> No Upload in the settings manager is enough. It applies for all profiles.

What if I want to have 2 uTorrent, ,1 for NO-Cheating
1 For Cheating using utorrent sentry

Does that means that I have to set up 2 different utorrent Folder in the Program(X86) & the in the %Appdata% folder?

Fuck if I know, but if you copy the magnet links and add them from the program chances are they'll work
