Way to download RS for free - Filevo ?

Great! If only there's something that can be used with StoreMag's Oron.

Oron has limits even for Premium accounts So a Rapidleech script serving files from an Oron account would exhaust its allowed traffic pretty quickly. Your best bet would be to find an account or cookie via Google.

Normally I can't get one single file from RS in hours ,I always get the message " your ip is downloading blah blah blah " actually I'm not downloading anything from RS.

Assuming you don't have a LAN and someone else is downloading from RS, some East Asian ISPs (and since you can speak Chinese, I'd say you're from there ) have limited allocated IPs, therefore NATing many users under a single WAN IP. In other words, you may be sharing your external address with 10, 20 or 100 other customers, and at least one of them is using Rapidshare, so you get that error.

I've tried googling some premium link generators and all that and I feel like I'm being left behind in this field. That's the first time I've heard about using cookies for premium access (/me is shy ). Anyway, I've been looking around and it seems like FileServe and FileSonic are taking charge. Any tips for free premium access in those? All those I've stumbled into are either bogus, expired or never updated.

There are means, but they involve, hm, borrowing someone else's account without his consent, and the rules here don't allow that kind of discussion.

As with everything, a simple Google search should get you started, though.

Didn't get working indexed sites...All 2010 sites...

Premium link generator sites usually go down fast or they just become unusable, finding working ones over google can be troublesome, you should check out warez forums, especially warez-bb since its the biggest out there. ( That I know of )

Yeah, it kinda consumes the 1-hour waiting period. Back then, I was a member of CMS Zone and tried to upload as much as I could to gain RS premium access. I wish I knew a private-ish site that gives perks like this to those who contribute.
