Chances are they have some super-duper scripts against fake upload, and used "RatioMaster" as a generic term for a ratio cheating tool. You can compare announces yourself - when the memory reader is used, you can't tell both apart.

I can't comment on things like TCP overhead, though

I used the speed of 0KB/s,it's not the problem about speed,once I use RM,tracker found it immediately.
The client is UT 2.0.4 (21586).

When did you do that ? I've been there almost 1 year .
It's not about speed you can't even start with Mratio & RM cos the tracker will warn you.

OiNK was cheatable. It just took good knowledge and effort. Also, consider many of the tools we have now were overly detectable back in 2007 - Shu Mod was probably the only working one.
