changing client on waffles & what.cd

i want help plz
i have a new account on both waffles & what.cd
both 2 weaks old
i 1st used utorrent client
now i want to change client from utorrent to vuze
is there is any problems if i did so ?
or it is better to wait one or two months before changing client & cheating
& another question
is vuze version (4.5.0.0 beta) allowed on waffles & what.cd ? or not

Vuze isn't allowed at all on What, as for Waffles, just check their FAQ.
