    The log window?

    I think the default is to show all connected IPs there regardless of whether they've been blocked or not, but you can change that in the settings.

    Yeah, but it blocks IPs all the time, so how can I tell which one is form utorrent and which not?

    since connections go in both directions and normally there is more than one connection per ip so chances are at least one of them is using the port you set in the ut options
