On Tuesday, the town unveiled a new way to persuade motorists to ease off the gas pedal in the vicinity of the École Pauline Johnson Elementary School: a 2-D image of a child playing, creating the illusion that the approaching driver will soon blast into a child.
Insane. I wonder hoy many kids can be mistakenly ran over because of this.
more stuff to mess with your mind, to get sudden panic/fear attacks while driving as if it isn't stressful enough - sounds very healthy, eh? not to mention the effect on other traffic participants
Where is the actual "speed bump" it looks more like a picture to me at a perspective. But also you need to be at the right perspective to see it as a child and not too elongated. And isnt someone just going to be waiting for the child to cross.
