all cheats and mod here can be used with any tracker but it's better to use easier software like mRatio that is always up to date software or VEM which is a complete cheating machine, has a ratio tool in it besides the fake upload and other features.
it's completely up to you.

I've downloaded ratiomaster-1-9-2-beta and also changed hosts file so ill have updates but utorrent 3.3.2 build 30488 still not there(updates work, but this version missing). anyone has this?

with a little help from our kind search you will discover that uTorrent team made some changes that needs some hard work from the coders to make ratio tools and mods ready to be used with uT's new versions.
