Personally , i didn't liked it all. Gameplay is a kinda mixture of RPG & RTS.. which totally spoils it, imo . Lotsa videos,stories like many RPGs, but the gameplay is what pissses me of.

I have a friend on XBL who has almost all achievements for this game. I think about 100 left out of the 1500 achievement points (i might be wrong). Means people actually like the game or maybe this guy is just an achievement whore.

Heh what a coincidence. I just finished game (with all DLC-s except expansion) few hours ago. Its one epic game. Loved it.

Disagree. Where do you see RTS in it? Fighting where you manage four characters (which all evolve in full RPG manner) isn't too much of RTS vibe... You just can't generalize like that. Maybe you are used playing RPGs with single character (games like TES and Gothic series) but then you missed some of the best RPGs ever. Like Baldur's Gate which Dragon Age ultimately draws basic principles from.

Strength of the game is story. Your interaction with it. Your choices and consequences these choices bear. Immersion. Role playing. Its really beautiful game. Could be even better if it has little less meaningless repetitive fights (especially in dwarf's tunnels area where I was quite annoyed) and maybe some even more complex story.

Like for me trailer looks crappy, looks like tekken. First DA trailers were less ridiculous. I finished part one with most of the achievements, nothing special, just made more saves to get them. Like that story by mike laidlaw and with pause/comments. Horned head is heavy and makes moving it hard so new qunari concept suck.
