Your client reports it.

All files are in eMule and private trackers ! But not on public trackers... for that no risk if they can't detect me for that.

Your client sends that information to the tracker. That is why we have "Stealth" no report clients who do not send such information.
why you release on public Tracker? Everyone can register at BL-PH ...your italian private Tracker.
