What's wrong with Slik's post. It's better than reading:

Ya. I can hardly wait for this flik to come out and see what Jessica Alba's boobies look like n'kd.

    Or....

    Ooohhh Lalalaa...It's "Sexy McHottie"

    Or better yet....

Hey!! Did you know that Jesscia Alba, a.k.a. "Sexy McHottie" , is after all NOT a Mexican transsexual actor/actress/unknown gender "actor'.

    Or....

Hey!!! I saw her in Flipper vs. Predator with Freddie The Ax-Chopper as her co-stunt man who said about Jessica Alba after he saw her for the first time: "Jessica Alba!!! What a great DNA milk-shake!!"

I'd rather read some kind of critique that gives off some kind of info and realistic perspective apart from the quotes above.

Now tell me if this makes sense:

Critics of those who criticize criticism argue, that criticizing criticism is just totally hypocritical.

And besides......Look at it this way: People who always criticize those who critique people, places, and things criticize criticism and argue that it isn't hypocritical at all. It's because the critics started the whole damn thing. See??

    So cut it out, please!!

No, what I meant was with all the criticism that Slik gets for posting his critiques. I agree with you, yoco. I also find Slik's post meaningful. And yes, IMO they are right because they're being given some meaningful insight to what is realistic and what isn't in the films. At least IMHO, they are. It's just that Slik seems to be getting a whole lot of critique for posting what he does.

agreed, if the 'critique of criticism' is aimed at the act of criticizing alone, not its contents

i'd say SealLion's comment was more somewhat aimed at Resurrection's provocations

I hope I didn't give Resurrection any bad feelings or the wrong impression.
He's a good guy, you know.
    I like his posts too.
And I do look forward to reading his 'news'- related/ type posts pretty much each time he makes 'em.
    Keep 'em coming, Res!!

Watched it today, and I must say I was very disappointed! Nothing seemed good, not acting, story, action. felt really strange!

So basically what your saying, Yoco is that as the story had no realistic plot, the entire Hollywood / production universe is static, which as logic would have it, makes it really boring and of course this flick probably wouldn't gross more than a few bucks at the box office. Kind of like 'exciting and tense trailers" to watch but when the show really starts off, it's "ka-plunk!"
Is that what I'm hearing you say??

Yea, pretty much! From the very start it looked stupid the way it happened, not to mention other things!
