Everyone's favorite pic-a-nic basket-stealing bear comes to the big screen in "Yogi Bear." Jellystone Park has been losing business, so greedy Mayor Brown decides to shut it down and sell the land. That means families will no longer be able to experience the natural beauty of the outdoors -- and, even worse, Yogi and Boo Boo will be tossed out of the only home they've ever known. Faced with his biggest challenge ever, Yogi must prove that he really is "smarter than the average bear" as he and Boo Boo join forces with their old nemesis Ranger Smith to find a way to save Jellystone Park from closing forever.

thats right, national parks are not really about preserving nature but rather generating income from tourists, there is an interesting story/analysis concerning multiple national parks in africa which were created by intervening western politics that wanted huge safari areas for a constant flow of foreign tourists (and useful for all kinds of funds/foundations and environmentalist organizations), which explains how the park's nature is actually a myth of untouched wilderness (meaning that previous human actions/interventions changed the nature well before the tourists came) being sold to unsuspecting travelers and which keeps a few hidden skeletons in their closets (like expulsion of local tribes from their natural habitats due to governmental & environmental politically/financially motivated efforts)

as for the movie it doesn't seem to be particularly interesting, furthermore the same could be said for the yogi bear cartoon character as well
