ILC is another retro movie tracker,similar content with karagarga,gormogon(my review:
http://www.sb-innovation.de/f210/gormogon-21510/ ) or cinemageddon.Currently They've got ~4k members and 14k torrents on their database.Speeds and content are similar to other famous retro trackers,communtity is ok.also they have some cool index section for actors,directors etc. with their photo,film database on tracker and short trivia .
Except the movies they also have e-books about cinema and professional stuff about movies.Tracker has plenty of dvd-rips which ones most of their own rips and there are lots of dedicated members on tracker.

As a retro tracker there are some rules for uploading which is uploaders are not allowed to upload any movies or tv shows after 1987.Means you can't find any movies which are released after 1987.

It's a member of "big four" retro trackers "karagarga,gormogon,cinemageddon and ILC".
Tracker is looking for new members, you can use your chance in these days, probably they'll be closed again soon.

Cheating:Vem speed mode 200-300 kb works but it's usually hard to find any leechers around.Same problem as usual on retro trackers.

Overall: As a retro movie fan you'll be glad on this tracker,If you've already any good retro tracker account may be not that special for you but even their own rare dvd-rips or tv-rips are good reason to sign up.
