How can somone prevent sending HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR header

It looks like an offline installer (42MB). I'm getting it as we speak to check if it works.

but this 9.5 version not same V10.1 in tut thread ...
i noticed many changes between it
when i try login to AOL after turn on Dialer give me this message

Attempt 1) [Broadband] The computer was unable to connect to AOL. (Error: AC-0000 0x       0)
