Filelist.ro is pretty relaxed in terms of cheating. You can begin doing it immediately and as much as you want, as long as you don't end up with idiotic uploaded values. Anything with up to 6MB/s works fine - flashing doesn't, your stats aren't updated. I use the RM in case you care.

FL accepts speeds up to 10MB/s +/- 100KB/s, so...I believe this is the answer to ur question

my speed between 267kb/s - 495kb/s i site fake up (with extreme mode) at 203kb/s Is this right ?

Guys just lower ur speeds till ur stats get updated....that's it and everything works. No need for further questions.
