Are suggestions for upgrades still accepted?

Here's one regarding security of the site

We currently have
username
password

but to increase security why not add an extra
logon name, a name only u will know and not anyone else, apart from of course staff
[username], renamed to screen name
[password], same use

Benefits: An extra secuity step
since SBI doesnt use a "ban after x tries" some malicious tracker or whoever can hack into passwords of some outspoken member whether they be staff or below.
Maybe staff need to input an extra "staff" password in order to gain higher privilleges but this 3rd step doesnt protect other members.

Changing the password often is a good thing but this still leaves the username (screen name) open. If the secret logon name is used it would increase secuity by a lot.

that would indeed increase the security but it's a bit over the top don't you think?
i mean it's not that we'd have been hacked every 2 weeks or so
