Oh, well, at least we have a death reason now, instead of a RIP message in the IRC channel's topic.
I'm going to miss the place, it was a very nice one for Scene music releases and I used it a lot. I guess only VIPMusic remains now.

it was the best scene mp3 tracker out there , no scene music tracker even came close to it . so much content and good retention . ratio rules were very relaxed . i guess good things dont last forever .

anon: serious question. do you have a special need for scene music?
cause the usual music trackers offer V2 which is scene standard.
can't think of a reason to need scene when you have every type of quality for every release.
crystal, every time I logged in there were NO leechers.. never.
seems like many people don't share the same opinion you have and don't leech from there

for scene music SCC's mp3 section is not so bad either and freeleech by default

i was used to the place and it was one of my main sources to get music . the interface was clean and stylish and not heavily clogged like What.cd and Waffles . i did not mention about leechers because yes , they were less but they had lots of torrents and a good retention (which i mentioned in my previous post) . but to each his own , beauty lies in the eye of the beholder .
I was invited to that site few days ago, but i never used it, i won't miss it

also, their archive section with old rls was always on freeleech, a very nice feature
even though there weren't many seeders, they had decent connections ('the swedish connection' probably)
a very relaxed login attitude, unlike say, vip with their 2 failed login paranoia
a nice interface, one could have an excellent overview of the categories so browsing was a breeze
anyways, was a pleasure to be there & use it, hopefully someone can jump-start them again someday
