    is this updated?
what do you mean by "Need to DL / UP" "YES"?
that the acc needs any once torrent downloded and not stay at 0, 0 UP / DL?
or that the acc need to be monthly active with download and upload?

Becuase bitmetv says that they need monthly active and not just stay on the server but it's ok to just login to the website if you already got some buffer.

someone know about bitme? they say that too..

Yes, to my understanding. I was never 100% clear about BitMe[TV], their rules say there's a monthly traffic requirement, but reality suggests otherwise. Looks like the table chose to err on the side of caution.

SCC has no regular traffic requirements. No idea about BitMe.

TranceTraffic hasn't got a hit & run system.

No music tracker does, because if you want your account to survive, you're going to have to seed or upload a lot at some point anyway.

You need to download 1torrent/month on SCC if you want your account to survive, shouldn't be hard since site has gone completely ratioless forever.

beyond-hd have changed the Recruit class rule:Members in the Recruit class no longer need to advance to User class within 30 days. A member can now remain in Recruit class as long as their account doesn't get auto disabled for the standing inactivity rule

This thread needs a massive cleanup. Half the trackers in the first page have changed their rules, and the other half doesn't exist anymore

    Also, fuck inactivity policies.
