watch movies or Facebook ..
I usually take a few shots of whiskey or vodka. That is usually enough to get me drowsy enough to fall asleep for the occasional insomnia. Just don't overdo it then you wake up feeling worst =)
lol melnot great advice i usually just watch a bit of tele then get angry that i cnt sleep if it gets to 5-6 in the morning thats it i refuse to sleep i fight back haha, if my body wnt sleep when i want it i wnt sleep when my body needs me too
Well i think it's better to turn all off and try 2 sleep.Alsou if u dont sleep at last u relax your eyes.4 example me i never drink coffe/going in the gym afther 6p.m because the adrenaline remain sow i cant sleep.Or sometimes if i know that i have to wake up at 6a.m.Before with 3 night's im iom going/trying to sleep at midnight.Eventualy your body it's gonna feel tired of this change...sow u have to go 2 sleep at midnight!
i have a huge collection of movies ..... when i can't sleep i just watch a movie......its best to see a horror movie.....

Always i watch tv but sometimes i play ps3 or pc.

But the Book you should Read is a book that's boring not an interesting one or else you will stay up all night reading it
