    When broadband connections were introduced in Germany there were only 768kbit down and 64kbit up lines available for private homes. That was my very first broadband connection. I upgraded from a dial-up ISDN Connection which had 64kbit down/upstream when the channels were bundled... That was so incredibly fast back then! Now almost 15 years later i have 50mbits down and 10mbits up for the same price! But i still could use some more speed
