They're the same, the Member one's just based on a newer Vuze core, that's all. No changes to the cheating features.

mratio is good on some trackers most of the trackers in my view i had tried it on many trackers successfully cheated on many trackers but mratio doesnt work on box,what,vault.
rm with memory reader works like a charm on all trackers it is better than vem as what.cd is detecting vem these days.

of course not, you can choose whatevere requirement to place on urself. And I dont think having those would be considered over qualified. As i have see other non members with even more that u said.
As long as u meet the sites own requirements Im sure u will eventually get member status
