Now it all depends on the staff at the site. Some sites have good staff and others have aholes.....You are in a pickle.

Bad News: PassThePopcorn (PTP) changed their policy.

Now the ban after ip changin. Zero Tolerance (same word from sysop!)

My account has been banned, gone in IRC for to try to recover it and the reason was it, IP Changin.

Animebytes and Jpopsuki does not ban for IP change (even different countries). I do not know if changing email / password will make a difference.

I was banned on TL for country change last year. I had to explain on IRC and get a 'note' on my account so I could log in from more countries. Are we 100% sure that waffles and what will not ban if all we do is change country (no email / password change)?

"if you don't change the details immediately OR bogus status" what does bogus status mean?

What about IPT, supertorrents, u2.dmhy, libble, bitgamer, and myanonamouse?

I've received a couple of Waffles accounts from people in other countries during my membership there, and they didn't get disabled when I used them. What.cd, I don't know.

That we don't 100% know, because a few people who didn't change the details immediately still got banned.

Can anyone tell me if changing IP would lead to a ban on Underground Gamer?

I don't think they care much. I remember someone was able to register a dupe under the same IP and without clearing cookies - no problems.

At Underground Gamer, it is fine. I read the following in their FAQ's

Multiple IPs (Can I login from different computers?)
Provided that you have your login type in your profile set to 'Normal' (the default is 'Secure'), then the answer is: yes, you may torrent data from up to three locations. The tracker is capable of following sessions from different IPs for the same user. It uses a passkey to ensure that your torrent is correctly associated with your account.
    Got banned from BCG though.

    You = the account's owner.

Multiple IPs = computers within the same country.

Asiatorrents, u2.dmhy, and Adult Cinema Network do not ban for IP change.

Any news on IPT, bitgamer, and myanonamouse?

If I let my IPT account go inactive, can I make a new account with the same username?

You can re-activate your account by talking to the staff on IRC

Sure, as long as it's gone from the database. The quickest way to check this is attempting to recover your password.
