there's always a way out , got to the irc tell the staff i'm going to {Country} 1-2 days later the person who you traded with can open the account without any worries . works every single time

Where have you done that? I'd be extremely suspicious if people moved from whatever country to India, Egypt or Romania for example, given those countries' "bad rep" in private torrenting.

New or old account? , i traded several utn account (changed ip range , password , email ) nothing happened.

i've changed ip + details on serveral accounts , it's been a while and the accounts didn't get banned.

Little confusion about UTN :) ban or not ban - Green or Red - Lets see what happen. Interesting. IMO may be they recently change their rule about country change. Both user above should say how long before they trade ? It will be help to put UTN in green or red list.

It all depends on what the person did. Did you [The Shutter] change IP, E-mail and PW all at the same time or gradually changed those? You first got the account, waited a while, then changed PW and finally E-mail after another time period?
