I don't know about my ratio, but I'd say I've probably uploaded about 20+ GB while downloading 3+ TB over 4+ years of downloading.

I went from:
public trackers and not caring about re-seeding =>
to semi-public (Demonoid) and not caring about re-seeding =>
online flash videos and divx files=>
to private with original RatioMaster and still not caring about re-seeding.
