BitMe and BitMeTv don't have the same staff; they have the same administrators, different moderators though so this might be why you didn't get banned @BitMe

Some times what may happen is that because these staff members are on a forum that is exclusive to them and when/if they have a chance, they'll check to see what IP's match with some of their own account holder's IPs. On the oft chance, you may notice that your account is still alive at the other tracker. That's b/c the relevant staff didn't check for matches. That's common to have occur. These people can't be spending all their time checking this and that IP. They do have lives to live as well as volunteer work on their own sites, too. Hence the odd occasion where your IP at the other account is alive 'n kicking.
