2 uTorrent running with different ports?

Is it possible to run two different instances of uTorrent (different build version) along with different ports each (let's say 8881 and 7881 TCP)?

I plan to use one for What.CD only (when I was banned they may have recorded my port, and it wasn't a standard one). And the other for the rest of trackers (I'd like to keep the port I've been using for these months).
