try then without hdd to start PC and see if you can then go into bios

lucky u have a tech friend handy. Service might be cheap but hardware, hmm might cost soemthing if anything is broken. but lets all keep our finger crossed.

check on google " bios update EliteGroup " your version mainbord " and "how tu upadte bios on ElteGroup ..version.."
basicly it'a a 2 software trick on a floppy..one replace and other instal de new version ..but it's very risky job and not very easy to do ..check more info on google because you sure will find...i have searched and found a lot

you have also the option to remove battery..leave'it 10 minutes..and than try to turn on without batery ...if it's starting buy a new battery..it's cheap 2-3$

on to update bios thing i don't know for sure if require the bios to already boot or something like that since the bios will be flashed and updated anyway
