No, giving your real address is unavoidable if a reply is required.

What you can do is using proxies. Search your way to that.

Not all of them... UltraVPN gives you a France IP, for example. Have a look at this thread:

Anon from that list for example i have Tor but enterin' in a tracker, it doesn't login you because you're behind a proxy.

For the question of teh ISP, it's possible make a fake ISP? For example i've Telecom, but i can change it with Comcast or another one?

That's because Tor is well-known and trackers take measures against it. But if you use an unknown proxy you're much less likely to get caught.

I already told you, it's possible to make packets come from any IP, but that's of no use when a reply is required (which is the case), so in short: no.

ok anon, however for the question of the proxy almost in every private tracker there's written that if they discover somebody that use any anonymous software, immediately ban :(

I never used a proxy just for this reason.

As anon replied my friend, it's theoratically impossible to change your ISP since everything is linked to your MAC address, on the other hand a temporary swap of your original IP is possible to occur if you used a strong private proxifier/anonymizer or manually changed your IP.

Now regarding using an IP from different country without getting banned in any trackers, well, that's very possible to happen, used such methods for more than 1 year with 100% successful attempts ... it's all about what proxy would you use & with which of your registered trackers.

Using the list anon provided you could change your login behaviour using a different proxy each time, and "No" that won't ban your either since most of the trackers allow up to 5 different IPs per every account/user as per their published policies.
