Ccleaner does more than Bleachbit including all its functions. CCleaner's gui is is neat, Windows 7 functionalities, Trash Bin integration.

While installation, uncheck 'translations' or just before running Bleachbit, switch regional setting (to english) in Windows Control Panel . - yes it is not a nice solution.

For some is enough to see headline to download and know to update without reading further.
