Then check if your ISP is listed here as causing NAT problems:

What good that may do depends on the ISP itself. Mine says they don't shape P2P.

I'd have to wait until tomorrow because I don't think their office is open today, but I'm pretty sure they will be of no help.

Their website is of no help and Google comes up with something else that's definitely not about port forwarding. I seriously don't think the other two routers have anything to do with the port forwarding, or could they?

I seriously think that it's the proxy that's causing all of these things to not work for some reason. And whenever I check my IP, it says it is 200.xx.xxx.xxx, which is a proxy, not the local or the WAN (please tell me which one should be seen). Therefore when I go to CanYouSeeMe.org, it would say:
Error: I could not see your service on 200.xx.xxx.xxx on port (xxxxx)
    Reason: Connection timed out
I checked on What Is My IP Address? - Advanced Proxy Test (Proxy Detector) and it says "Proxy server detected."

    What do you think?

    why? my ISP says "honestly
" Yes "Sir" we are limiting your downloads!, whatever you do won't work...

so it _may_ be that "Transparent Proxy":
    i'd suggesting testing using this:
Maximizing BitTorrent Speeds with uTorrent (Updated October 2009) - Bootstrike.Com

Utorrent.Com Port Forward Checking Website has a problem
Yes, especially if you are accessing the Internet through a transparent proxy that your ISP forces you to use. This simply means that the website is checking for open ports at the wrong computer. To verify if this is the case, uTorrent port checker runs an alternative port checker at port 16000, which you can access by using the form below:

Thank you for the link, cheatos. I already knew about the site and have had it bookmarked. And yeah, looks like we are. Although your situation seems to be a tougher one to solve. My ISP doesn't throttle my speeds, but it's just the transparent proxy.

    It says:
This request appears NOT to have come via a proxy.
    I'm confused now.

that might not be the best site. just the first i found and transparent proxies are hard to detect anyway.
    try some more testing sites

    PROXY checker results - Yes
Proxy Check - Determines ones IP and anonymity level of their proxy - No

And that's all I could find. There are others, but they don't really tell me if it's a proxy or not.

    i'd suggest using this program:

Network management, network discovery, SNMP, MIB and WMI browsers, NetBIOS and port scanner

it will tell you the devices and their IPs.

My goodness, I started trying to get into the other two routers, but I couldn't get in, so I put back in the cables and it took me 1 WHOLE HOUR to get the wires connected properly. I don't think I'll try to disconnect those routers anytime soon.

    @cheatos

What can I do with that?
