Problems becoming connectable

I ran the test in uTorrent with torrents running/not running and I still get that the port is open. However with PFPortChecker, when uTorrent is running it doesn't work as it says another program is using the port. I close uTorrent and try the test again, but it says it isn't open.

insert your port of course

I use that as well, but it always says "Port xxxxx does not appear to be open."

Something I just noticed is that the icon in the bottom is now green with a checkmark, but PFPortChecker and the uTorrent port checker both say my port isn't open.

If you get a green mark at the bottom of the utorrent window then congratulations ! IMO, others doesn't matter.
