You know I wonder what's happened to all the old guys on this forum every-now-and-then. It is fairly nice to see some of the old guys come back. I'm still waiting for tokio to come back. I know he's left and probably won't come back....but on the off-chance he might. You never know. There's so few of the old guys still around from around 3 years or so when I initially joined. Can you believe it??

Without commenting on the known fact that people have stuff to do and declining interest... it's a bit sad to see the old regulars disappear, yes. But you can never know who's about to make an amazing comeback!

And if you ever step inside a time machine by accident you can know which year you're on by seeing who's active here.

    Factoid, sortoff~

I like firefox but it's getting bloated. Since it was created to counter a bloated browser, it's really getting redundant. Chrome is nice and fast, but lacks quite a few things I desire. In general, I don't like the plugin system of chrome either. Quite a few services I use are quite crappy in chrome due to their plugins. I also really miss the lack of an ftp client (fireftp on firefox) in Chrome. I do refuse to install a standalone client, though.

Remember the built-in FTP client in 9x/ME and XP? It showed remote directories as if they were a local drive, and allowed you to "copy" files in both directions (instead of downloading and uploading). For a newcomer like me at the time, that was pretty cool.
