looks like the 'funny video redirection site' is appearing from time to time, so try a few more times or change your ip & clear the cookies

That's for downloading. Although Ultrasurf works fine to register on the tracker - just make sure you enable if for HTTP and HTTPS.

I am able to get the sign up page from the links.. but after filling the details and hitting the signup button , another site pops up.I cleared the cookies ...tried several times.. all in vain :(

The rickroll thing may be due to banned IPs, try a proxy.
