Major Server Problems

As some of you might know this week the site's age advanced to the next number It happened on the 9th, but the "party planner" forgot to turn on the freeleech in the morning Eventually the free-leech and double upload were turned on, but this overloaded the server (as it happens every single time on such events) and made MV pretty much unusable most of the day. We did have plans to move the site to a new and much faster machine, but making it right requires time, which we didn't have... the party overload of the server pushed us to rush it and inevitably there were some bugs, which we are working on:

The DNS change is slooooooow, but if you are reading this you shouldn't worry about it
Some of the old torrents are missing (return 404 when trying to download), this should be fixed soon
Sometimes the server returns "invalid something", we're aware of the cause, still checking for solutions
Sometimes the connection breaks midway and you get a variety of different errors, try manual re-announce - it usually solves it.
Some seedbox providers cannot connect to MV, but this isn't such a bad thing during FL

There were other things, which are already fixed. If you come across something missing in this list (that still occurs) please report it in the forums and we will look into the problem


Now about the "birthday party":
The event was supposed to be just for the weekend as the old machine couldn't take it anyways, but since we're on the new one and we had a pile of technical issues during the first two days we will extend it by a few more days, so nobody misses it because of the issues.
Everyone (besides the most recently joined users, I think) received some invites, use them wisely and invite people you know have interest in what the site offers, do NOT offer them on public places ... and certainly do NOT try to sell/trade them. The last one applies to your accounts, obviously.

So, enjoy the freeleech/double upload for at least a few more days. It will end somewhere in the middle of the next week, just around 30 minutes before it's turned off.

i did everything and still not working
i've asked one of the staff and he said that they are working on the problem and there is no exact time to return back
so the site is down for now
may be you can get to the login page but can't browse the tracker or download anything
all downloads are stopped and turned red
