steals thousands after thousands of releases from the scene, and

this even possible?? Brandon isn't on the "Staff" page yet he's
still banning people, posting news and running the entire site.

TL will be a target to shutdown because they have too many members
(at last count over 160,000) and are one of the most widely known trackers in the world.

They probably cheat as well since they can't spread the warez because of the anti-piracy organization's "morals", when in fact they're stealing our money. We just share stuff; they're the ones that are stealing!

maybe their low level employees or family members, but officially they don't need to do that since they probably don't have budget problems, also, try denying them access to some software

as i mentioned somewhere before, if the government really wanted to shut down all these trackers, they would, considering their powerful infrastructure/logistics - it is quite possible that its more profitable to go after hundreds of filesharers individually and make off-court deals with them than to shut down a tracker and lose potential lawsuit 'customers'

ScT V2 should be around soon; I was a member on ScT for a very short while before it's closure, and felt heartbroken (about a torrent site! pfft, how sad!).

Having been on the closing side, I realised there are only 3 serious alternativer torrent sites for "refugees":
TorrentLeech
GFT
SCC

I went with GFT, because I already had the other two, and also I've read their Scene access is incredible (which it is). However, on this note, TorrentLeech is soon to own their own 10gbitps topsite - perhaps TL is the next place to go, although, having said this, definitely IMO the next target for a big takedown. SCC seems to have take the majority of ScT users; their forums are crawling with comments like "ScT is number 1".
