a woman is found dead in a locked basement , she is hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room,
there is nothing in the room apart from her and a radiator which is switched on. The door was locked and bolted from the inside. her feet are 3 feet (1m) above the floor, and nothing in the room she could have climbed up on to reach the noose. The flooring underneath her is darker than the rest of the room.
The detective walks in spends 5 mins in the room and says "it's obvious, there was no foul play this was suicide" and walks out again.
Was he right, and if so how did it happen
