Which is the best build of uTorrent atm?

Define best.

I'm looking for a build which doesn't have any bugs, just like the old 1.8.2 version but with RSS and in which doesn't appear a popup window when I run the uTorrent, it is really annoying.

Try the latest builds of versions 1.8.5 or 2.2.1.

I'm have problems with this version (3.1.3) when downloading/uploading 10MB/10MB
the speed isn't distributed correctly!!!

example if you uploading at 10MB you will download at 3/4MB even if you have a very good peer!!!
