Well, two general tips would be to using lower speeds in torrents with less leechers, and not going above what your ISP can offer.

The point anon mentioned here is very important?? Why?You could use the Waffles method. It works perfectly. You still need to pick a good torrent as mentioned above, though, but after you do the initial faking all you'll have to care about is staying seeding.
Some trackers do record the time you did start leeching, last time you have been active on the torrent (Or worse they record how long you have been seeding), Thus you have to use decent speed. Too high speed make you the least in time and best on ratio which great indication of faking. So even if u done faking, keep the faker @ very low low rates to increase ur seeding time.
Waffles's snatchlist shows an average upload speed. If you upload at 1MB/s for 29 minutes and seed at 0kB/s for days, it'll show a much smaller speed - a longer seed time also makes you look less suspicious. Why?

But you're still vulnerable during the first couple of hours when your average speed is still very high, correct?
Yes, on that you're right.

Me too ,I got banned in Waffles few day ago ,They disabled my account
I used Shu Mod ,U: 150 kbps, fake upload "speed mode+++",my ratio was 2.7 ,I'm confused how they catch me LOL,
Were you constantly faking at 150kB/s? And did you use any other Extreme Mod settings?
I guess there's always IRC...

Is there any possibility that coder's at SBI can enter a checkbox or some kind of option which tests speed of client's internet connection and if enabled it automatically setup a threshold so that the fake upload speed remain within that threshold, and perhaps this will make vuze extreme more secure and reliable in cases like the one mentioned above however SBI vuze extreme is still the undefeated champ with greater reliability, more security in terms of covertness, highly customiseable, user friendly, a real pain in ass to all tracker admins and a brainstorming puzzle which I wish no tracker will ever be able to solve.
There isn't such a feature at the moment, but you can do an speedtest and set the max Speed mode++ upload speed not to go above your real one. You should choose the right speeds, not the computerIs there any possibility that coder's at SBI can enter a checkbox or some kind of option which tests speed of client's internet connection and if enabled it automatically setup a threshold so that the fake upload speed remain within that threshold

Yes, or you can use the Waffles method if you have enough time to leave your PC seedingOK,so the next time I'll set up less speed
