Guys , need one clarification . A member here dont remember who exactly posted in one of threads here that mRatio , Ratiomaster , nrpg Ratiomaster are all essentially the same thing and works the same way , its just the GUI that differs from one another . Is it true ? So if Ratiomaster works in one tracker , does that mean the other two will work as well ?

RM and NRPG are based on the same core, but RM had made a ton of updates to it. NRPG is stuck in time and is more or less RM 1.7.5 with a different interface.

mRatio is a completely different project started from scratch.

Optional nostalgia text that doesn't answer your question:

I remember when mR 2.0.x first made it to this forum. While not bug-free, its new code lacked many of the issues RM had at the time. By working on trackers which instabanned RM (e.g. Waffles), it made ratio tools popular again. The only other 100% safe program at the time was the Azureus Hack. No Extreme Mod with uTorrent spoof or ratio tool - just "Azureus Hack", based on Shu's code but which DDJ kept up-to-date without a login system.

Addendum to my above post: early public versions of mRatio didn't have uTorrent emulation, or the ability to save the torrent list upon exiting which some people take for granted today. Many people confused rTorrent with uT, perhaps thinking it was a typo as no way the coder could miss the most popular BT client.

Maybe I should start a thread about this, I'm sure many people know even older stuff that could be an interesting read.

I cheated 70GB in 2 days. After 7 days account still alive. I used uSerenity - jumped in as seeder and fake upload (300 - 700kBps) till ratio of 1. On one torrent I accidentally cheated to ratio of over 45 (there were 25 snatches) but still nothing. I had 10 torrents running at once.
