i have seen new torrents with peer speed 500kBps-9mBps and they finish very soon prior to upload time.
my ISP has very poor speeds when compared to them, is it advisable for me to go crazy speed like they have on peerlist ?

Relax man! It's not like they will contact your ISP and ask them what speeds they've got. There are so many peers that they will never be able to check them all. Not in a life time.

I did fake some GB when there was Freeleech (Yala Asia) now I have more than 25 gb upload , but I still need to 4 gb of download to be a power user !

Speaking about WM v2: I really don't see the point in using it. If you use the same download speed as your real one then why using WM? I mean is it illegal to download something with your real speed? Am I missing something or this is useless? Thanks a lot!
