as i think public also catch that thing with rm if u try to do it with 1 single ip..they allow multi sites coz all public sites r have their own tracker which makes them running more..(instead of depending on other sites tracker)

Yes, but he doesn't want to cheat, but increase the number of seeders. And most/all public trackers won't care about the IP being the same.

That would work - but imagine the bandwidth usage, specially since you'll need to send them every 30-45 minutes.

bandwidth is no problem. I think I have the necessary equipment. But being the absolute idiot that I am when it comes to coding, I simply dont know how to implement what cheatos said. would be very very helpful if someone can help me with it. You'll need Visual Studio .NET, the one released in 2002. Also, the leaked package is missing a lot of libraries, like mysql or crypt51.

yup..its doesnt get matter..coz they dont make vips or anything like it...in stead if u download something from public...i share my best abt to 1:1 ratio ...all the time..so it wont let any1 that i hit & run..i always help thats my plus point

I seed all my public ones to 1:1 too. But I think what kokopelli wants is making his torrents look popular so that people will download them, which is less likely to happen if they show up as having 1S/0L.

They can't tell he's faking upload But yes the seeder/leecher numbers, when they see the amount of connections ^^ But he has good upload bandwidth.

It's a joke. When your computer is NATed (not connectable), you can initiate outgoing connections, but not receive incoming ones. In this case you can receive PMs, but not send them, i.e. the opposite
