According my tests, it defeats anonylouse.org, TNTproxy.com, and even tor-proxy.net with "remove objects" and "remove scripts" enabled, either through Tor or through Jondo.

This tool uses two techniques to see through so-called CGI proxies.

But not PHP ones! Check this test with Passmath.info, which runs PHProxy:

• UTF-7 = Opera internal communication error
• UTF-16 (for even numbered headers) = proxy IP seen
• UTF-16 (for odd numbered headers) = just garbage...
• -moz-binding / expression = proxy IP seen
