Tor working, thats true. But if its really neccessary, i prefer to use just anonym proxys. Or high anonym, but they too rare.
Every 3rd lvl+ tracker's stuff surely knows about tor, so you they may catch you, i think...

i think it's deleted from the image host .
if you want to limit the browsing to specific ip
add this code on torrc file
Replace anynetwork with the ip u wantExitNodes anynetwork11, anynetwork12, anynetwork13
StrictExitNodes 1
I will post my own alternate tutorial as well to change your IP to any country of your choosing

My method is pretty simple - I used it on BMTV (though for my own country, I didn't change country) and I wasn't banned... so there is hope for us all
