I download about 0-3 gigs a day depending on what new stuff has come out. Maybe more if it is a game or something.
Dl Mostly 10-20 gigs
Ul 500 mb-1.5 gigs
It depends on the content. If there's something interesting on the net, I don't hesitate to max out my connection the whole day (~12gb).
But for some time now, I only download around 100-200mb because of a lack of interesting stuff.

Really not so much these days... Maybe a half GB.
My problem is that i downloaded too damn much stuff and i never find time to watch/listen/play/enjoj it. It's frustrating. So i think that im gonna halt all my downloads for at least a week.
Also i prefer to download HD content... Higher quallity, bigger files, longer download: its harder to make big collection of HD movies then xvid so i basically try to watch them first.
Download on average - 1 gb. Somedays nothing though...
Upload on Average - 1.5 gbsIf I leave it running over night (and it doesn't get turned off >_>) then I can pull in about 3 gigs in 24 hours.

Actually, I change what I said about my upload... I let it run overnight and came back to it this "morning-afternoon" and had 9 gb uploaded total. I guess my estimates were off
