My downloads don't autostart I need every time for every various folder to re-start the downloads or re-open the program and the srarus It's "No Internet Connection" but I don't have problems with my net, with previously versions 0.5... I I didnt have this problem
Did you try a clean install?
(Extracting a newly downloaded jD to a new archive with all new configs)
If that doesn't help, it could be a bug as the "new" jD is supposed to some bugs.
We aren't the devs of jD so we can't do anything.

I just install the 04... version and I'm Ok now :)
