Yes, but the thread owner is interested in BRRips, which are somewhat different from 720 and 1080p. They usually are 480p or 576p for PAL content.

Yep, I am interested more in the rips (usually around 2.19 GB or so) than the full scale rips which are 8 or 9 GB's. Though the 8 or 9 GB ones are excellent, my net connection DL speed does not permit me to download bug sizes.

I Will Also go for X264.me , Since they have their Exclusive Rippers.

For BR rips TL is d Best..also IPT is another Example.

Abot iTs , I,ve heard a Lot About it, but i am Not in Here. THough I Have Applied at their Unlimited Invites Section Everywhere, But they are Just a Formality i Think.

Bit-HDTV is the best, but Scene-HD has everything packed to scene standards if you like that kinda stuff.

    @ alpacino:
There is a user at RevTT who uploads HD BRRiPS; though the majority of BRRiPS (and the like) are not HD. If you are at RevTT, search for "XvidHD". But I'm in the same boat as you, I wouldn't call a BRRiP HD, as apart from the RevTT guy, no one else does it.

    @ sephirot
Although the term may suggest HD quality, the original purpose was to provide very high quality videos using the XViD codec, as an alternative to large HD files and to the smaller XViDs, taken from HD sources (BRRiP = HD file, BDRiP = Bluray disk, HDRiP = HDDVD disk) . Originally these files were not meant to be HD, but the highest file quality DVD players could playback; most people nowadays don't usually burn to DVD or CD (hence why groups ask the question why do we still abide by CD sizes?), so the user at RevTT decided to make HD films for playback on computers.

Agreed. HDBits.org is definitely number 1 by faaar, but its almost impossible to enter it
    2. best would be bit-hdtv (but still cant compare to hdbits.org) witch is quite easy to get invitations actually.. they give it to much users so @OP that would be best option.

Probably I did not elaborate myself adequately. I am looking for BRRip xvids. These are mostly in the range of 2 to 3 GB. So are also the x264's I wish to download. They are encoded by individuals like Santi, prodji etc.

Well,IPT has a wide range of fine BRRips done by couple of their members for their own good.
Also,if you try 0day tracker such as TL,GFT (barely have worthy BRRips) & TTi (started to get back on track strongly),you would find out that most of their users already leech off rips off other specialized trackers that do rips such as x264,SDBits & HDBits.org

@Dark Night: Well,iTS is just another l33t closed private tracker, they don't have that much files you would think of compared other lower trackers, their speeds are shit, also their peer ratio which dramatically drops down 48 hours after the torrent is up which makes it even shittier.

Ipt and TL has a very good collection. I usually go for npw releases as they are 1280x720 resolution rather than 720x400. The most important reason I go for them as they are PS3 and Xbox 360 compatible. The audio codec is AC3 so it works for sure. I don't have to worry about audio codecs and what not with npw unlike other groups. The size is usually 2-3gb.

ipt, revtt and torrentday(registrations are open) uploads npw.

TL has a collections too but many DTS audio codecs.

I use TL the most, though others do give good stuff. I am a hardcore fan of the group called 'vision' and download their 720p releases. I have a WDTV HD media player, and it works like a charm. So I just download the BRRip, load onto my flash drive, see the movie and delete it. If I like the movie, I take a backup on a DVD.

Vision makes mostly XviD BRRips and BDRips which is a shame because they are an amazing group.
wish they'd make more x264.. got a new 26" HD LCD and connecting it directly to the video card playing really good!
