No, every user that had more than 10 posts when we reopened registrations is a full member.

The basis I would hope would be on user behaviour.

Is he a spammer??

Does he have behavioral problems on the board??

does he have habits of scamming others here??
etc..etc....basically, what that member's behaviours are while he/ she is on the board here.

Nobody matching one of those descriptions will last long here. Rebound has said it himself - you could spam as much as you want (not that we'll let you, anyway), and still not be promoted. It's quality, not quantity, that matters.

I think it's a very good idea to reopen registration because some website steal your work and retagg them...

I prefer download each program from it official website.

No, new registered users don't even need to read the 10 post thing as it doesn't apply to them.
TBH, it doesn't apply to anyone, it was an one time event of demotion, nothing more.

If and when you will be promoted is up to us.

And we already know how many people here have been banned for duped accounts, being a scAMMer, being a general 'bad guy' here, and who knows for what else.

Great idea to reopen the registration.Im very happy to been given the opportunity to be part of this forum.

I think that its an excellent idea that its upp to the moderators to give full acess to the board.Instead of postcount.

wEll, I would say that the strategy of having closed and then re-opened does and may work.

S***14 and other nasty boys like him will have to post in order eventually aquire what he's looking for. Though that's not going to stop him from running over to other mod author's site.
Though, that's probably thier problem to deal with.

Relax - and even if he does get to be promoted and leak our mods, that'll be at the cost of having to greatly contribute to us.

There is saying "On the Internet, no one knows you're a dog." Is not possible to know person online. Misrepresentation is normal. Just have to hope that people not liars or scammers. Trust no one, even "friends." Cannot let guard down. Sad.
