The fact that the "bans"came after each other made me think it was a global ban. Some trackers have connection with each other, eg. if you're banned on what.cd you will also be banned on BCG and vice versa. There's no way we can give a definite answer but they probably don't use it. The only way we canknowsuspect is if people (lots of people) get banned without knowing the reasons, especially if the person didn't cheat (then we might get suspicious).
It is mentioned a few times in the forum to use a different browser for tracker just to be on the safe side.

suppose i am grabing a torrent in waffles of 5 gb size and put upload speed of 1500 kBps and download speed 1000 kBps and i stoped it after it reach 98% or before two minutes of updtae and then i should put my real download speed to let the torrent completed and upload speed 0 and let the rm run for some days ?

yes this is the right way, you will be shown as having 0 upload speed and your real upload speed on the peerlist and that's what you want
cooldude, just stop two minutes before update, don't care about percentage of completion. That's the golden rule of waffles method.

guys suppose i am seeding 8 torrents there and leeching two with rm do the peer_id and keys needs to be same for all torrents in rm for same tracker ?

Yes if you've been stopping before the update, otherwise it's an average of all the speeds you've used since the torrent began running.

suppose i an downloading a torrent with 1000 kbps ul and 900 kbps download and i stoped the torrent before update now i cahnged ul speed to zero and download speed my real and let the torrent to complete normally !
but now i want to upload more on that torrent so is it safe to flash upload small amount like few hundred mbs every day untill acceptable ratio reached or i should upload(all the upload i want on that particular torrent) before the first stop of rm only (ie we stop first time rm before update) !
Cooldude, you can cheat everyday. Just remember to not be greedy and cheat to acceptable ratio only. And golden rule : Always stopped before update.
You can keep on faking even after you've reached 100%... we have explained this to you several times... I don't know why you keep on asking the same.
