    HD-Bits.ro userbase probable crash

It happened to me yesterday and today. I was faking and RM suddenly spat me that my passkey was invalid. Immediately I found myself thinking I was banned. Tried to login: "there is no account with that username". Later today I was able to login normally, then, today around 2 am GMT the site gone crazy again. Later in their support channel, it seems they are facing a user database problem:
    Code:
    [23:36] * Now talking in #hd-bits.ro
[23:43] <gueriLLaPunK> Anyone else having problem loggin in?
    [23:43] <JQM> everyone is
    [23:43] <gueriLLaPunK> Ahh I see
    [23:43] <gueriLLaPunK> users.php crashed?
    [23:44] <gueriLLaPunK> For a second I thought I was banned :(
[23:44] <JQM> table seemed to go poof, don't know what's going on til staff updates
[23:45] <gueriLLaPunK> Yeah, they're probably working on the issue. Wish they updated the Topic
[23:45] <Ninja_master> I'm having problem logging in and it says therz no user by my username
    [23:46] <gueriLLaPunK> Database has crashed
[23:46] <Ninja_master> o, i thot i was banned coz my server crashed yesterday and I couldnt seed 1:1 lol
    [23:46] <gueriLLaPunK> Yeah, me too
    Let's wait now, shall we?
Oh and by the way, I am not anyone here in this log, I just entered and watched some guys chatting.

I certainly hope I don't have to fake upload all those GBs again ! That would be bad.

Somebody probably just spilled hot soup on the home server while cooking. Shorted everything out.
LOL. I don't know if they were able to salvage their dinner though.

I was under the impression that this site was down quite a bit. Since being a member in the last 2-3 months it has been so maybe that is just it.

I can't log on either with the same error. Oh well, I don't need HD movies that bad.

That hdbits.ro tracker and server hoster it's full of error from the day that i know him...and i know him from almoust one year.

I think that the memebers responsable with the server and tracker watch the system in the same time that they wath the soccer game and stirring beans

    LOL, That's funny.

well, if it ain't cook'in food thats the cause of the problem, then for sure its the server that's riddled with problems galore.

Maybe the server is run by some amature guy who just runs a server on week-ends and posts on news bins for the rest of the week trying to catch up on his reading: " how to run a server 'for dummies' "
    You know that publication??

Its for nth time i guess( where n=1,2,3,4.... ) that its happening , it's a frequent problem with hdbits.ro. Their servers crash & rise like sensex market . Or hey, i think they might be having a month long cooking carnivale itself, who knows !

Anyways , i hope users won't be compelled to storm in the iirc with " My account got disabled" mesages.

HD-Bits.ro has indeed been getting shaky lately. Glad I'm not a member there, but this is a nuisance for those that want to download a torrent, only to be faced with the server problem of the day.

Reply to "" My account got disabled" "

    Potential IRC conversation:

Me, you, or who-ever: You morons!! My account got disabled for the umpt-teenth time this week.
IRC-guy: Ya, we know. We're work'in on it. Please take a number wait to be called.
Me, you, or who-ever: You sir, are a clueless fobbing flirt gill. Why don't you find a volcano and throw yourself in it.
Then this mental misery of your attempts to run a server and site will finally end in pure extasy for all of us.
IRC-guy: We'll call you when we're ready to fix your problem.
Me, you, or who-ever: Did you know that on a good day you're actually half-wit?? Congratulations.
IRC-guy: Thank you We'll serve you first.
Me, you, or who-ever: (to himself) Doh!! I should tell this these guys more often.

Do you think that would work???

Well, that's better than entering the IRC and being greeted with "hi anon".

YesNo, even if you're on your full right to ask what happened to your account again.

Thanks for all your answers, the server was "back" online at around 6 am gmt for me (I think). Pretty much like yesterday.

There was some users complaining in the main channel (it's from where I copied and pasted that chat), because there was no OP on the support channel to give users +v (voice). I guess they were playing video-games or something else like Dark_Saibot said
